Nirvana sues Marc Jacobs for ripping off smiley face design

The representatives for the alternative icons Nirvana let it be known you can’t take the band’s art and make a knock off t-shirt. The band’s reps are suing Marc Jacobs, the beauty product company for their release of t-shirt that clearly yanks the band’s memorable ‘zonked out’ smiley face and replaces Xs with an M and a J.
