Alternative music has evolved so much since Hybrid Theory. Everyday there’s someone that will disagree about music or argue that music from the past is better even though when the past music they are referring to was new there were people saying how the music that preceded IT was better. The passion for music is strong and the love of music we grew up enjoying will always be part of us. As long as you leave enough room for what’s next I think we’ll all be fine. It seems that’s all Chester is hoping for. Nothing wrong with previous music but give yourself and artists a chance to move forward and create another generation’s favorite music.
