Thirty Seconds to Mars have a new album on the way and performed its lead single for the first time last (Aug. 27) at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards.

About an hour after frontman Jared Leto’s poignant tribute to Chester Bennington and Chris Cornell, he re-took the stage alongside his bandmates to bring “Walk on Water” to life for the first time.
