With Wednesday being the first day Illinois will allow legal recreational marijuana to be purchased many medical marijuana users are stocking up according to this report from CBS 2.

There is a lot of questions about how this will all work at starting at 6am on January 1st. Here is everything you need to legally know about the new marijuana law specifically from the Chicago Police Department.
