Monkey on a mini bike tries to steal a kid off the street

There is a lot going on in this video. Not really sure how these events can all happen at the same time.

Apparently there are monkeys out there who can ride mini bikes… and they steal children?

You know what in this day and age, why am I even questioning anything.
