Today we shine the Support Chicago spotlight on Right Bee Cider.
Boy meets girl. Boy makes cider to woo the girl. Now he’s right beside her. Right Bee Cider. What started as a romantic gesture grew into Chicago’s FIRST cidery, owned and operated by a local husband and wife team. Small batches, small business, and a ton of love sent your way with every sip!

“My husband Charlie and I are the Co-Founders of Right Bee Cider, and we’re proud to be the first cidery in the city of Chicago, established in 2014. This has been a wild year for everyone, but especially for our small family business! When I was 9 months pregnant with our second baby, we got the news that our taproom was being shut down due to COVID. My husband got to work pivoting our business for survival an hour after she was born. We weren’t allowed to have sit-down service, so we turned our taproom into a carryout only operation. We are looking forward to having everyone back in as soon as the city deems it safe. All of our ciders are crisp, light, refreshing, and never too sweet. Our taproom is located just west of Logan Square in Hermosa, in the old Schwinn bike building. Stop in our taproom today!”
