Ocean City, Maryland is the location where five women are arguing that they should be allowed to go topless on the city’s beach. In August 2017, Ocean City passed an ordinance that banned only women, and not men, from exposing their breasts in public. Ocean City is arguing that this ruin diminish the town’s “family-friendly demeanor”.
