George Clinton joins the Chili Peppers for “Give It Away”

The Red Hot Chili Peppers dropped a secret show on L.A. April 1st — with two very special guests.

One was known and anticipated — the return of band’s most well-known guitarist. The other guest was a big funk-in’ surprise.

The crowd was chanting “John Frusicante! John Frusicante!” — but that soon changed when George Clinton the legendary founder of Parliament Funkadelic joined the band on stage for a rendition of “Give It Away.”
